Dear colleagues and firends,

You are invited to participate in the sixth and last HELIOS online survey, that is now open. This survey is investigating the relation between eLearning and innovation in Education and Training Systems. The survey is being conducted as part of the HELIOS project, co-funded by the European Commission. HELIOS is aimed at establishing a sustainable observation platform for monitoring the development of e-Learning in Europe in relation to policy objectives and at generating scenarios of e-Learning in future years.
