Dyslexia for Teachers of English as a Foreign Language

After reading through the suggested questions , I have decided not to add any other questions. I think that the questions in the student interview form cover all the aspects need to be examined in order to get some reliable results and reach some conclusions. What I want to add is that I intent to make the interview more like a discussion because the particular student has very little knowledge of English and is extremely shy.Asking questions in an interview form will probably block him.
